Our Angels!

We recently got the kids pictures taken! Don't they look so adorable??? We love them so much!!! Forgive the quality of the pictures. I had to scan them in because we're too cheap to pay the price required to get the CD with their pictures on them. Anyway, the pictures of the two of them was taken at Wal-Mart! It turned out cute but don't go to Wal-Mart! They scam you!!!!!!!!! The pictures of Rylie by herself were taken at Portrait Innovations! We absolutely loved it there and highly recommend it! Thanks everyone for recommending it to us! We can't wait to get Connor's pictures done next month!

There's No Place Like Home!!!

I saw the red shoes at Babies-R-Us for $2.00 and COULD NOT resist them! I thought they were adorable and reminded me of Wizard of Oz! I thought that Rylie just had to have them! So, I gave in and bought them! I love them so much and will be sad when she grows out of them! I keep thinking she'll start clicking her heels and say, "There's no place like home!"

Future American Idol

We were watching the finale of American Idol. The song, "It's Too Late", came on. Connor ran and grabbed his microphone and started to sing along. If you listen closely you can hear him sing "Too late!" We thought it was so cute and funny!

2 MONTHS OLD!!!!

Rylie turned 2 months old yesterday! I can't believe it's already been 2 months since she was born! I can remember it like it was yesterday! Rylie is so much fun! She's at a really cute stage where she's smiling a lot and cooing all the time. She's such a patient child! Especially with me as I'm always trying on a bow, a bracelet, or a different outfit! What a good baby!!!!

Which one to wear??? Hmmm???

Here's how this picture came to be. When my Dad flew out to help bless Rylie he brought a bracelet (the center white bracelet) for her to wear. I absolutely love and adore it. I wish I had more but haven't found any places that make them out here. A couple weeks later the missionaries stopped by my house. They wanted to show me a bracelet they made for Zoey Call. It was ADORABLE and much like the bracelet my Dad bought for Rylie. They told me they went to a placed called "Bead Dazzled" to make it. It was all over from there! I had to make Rylie a bracelet! So, Alyson and I went there today to make one bracelet. Well, obviously what was supposed to be one bracelet turned into four bracelets(the one on the top, left has her name on it). Rylie will be more accessorized than I will, which isn't hard to do. It was so fun and I can't wait to go back again!!! I'm addicted.

Peek-A-Boo!!!

While my brother and his family were here we did many things. We did find time to take them to the Meridian Mall. I remember seeing an entry by Aubrey, mentioning a "Kid City". We had to find it and we did! What a great thing! The kids absolutely loved it! Plus, they have benches going all the way around, inside of it, so the parents can chill and enjoy themselves while their kids have a great time! We loved it!

Bow-Making-Mania!!!

I will completely admit that I am not a crafty person! Many people have been blessed with this talent. One of which is Alyson! She is so crafty! She takes a look at something and BOOM! she can whip it up in no time at all!!! She impresses me so much! Well, since having a baby girl I have had so much fun dressing and accessorizing her! It's a blast! I love all the cute bows that I have seen and have wanted to make them. Well, Alyson must have felt the vibe because she asked if I wanted to use her extra bow-making stuff and make some! SURE!!! I quickly accepted. So, Alyson came over and helped show me how to make a couple bows! Well, a couple bows eventually turned into 38 bows! Wow! Anyway, it was so fun and really helped to take my mind off the things that stress me out and give me a break! Thanks Alyson!

So Soft & Cuddly!!!

A friend in our Branch gave us this adorable blanket at church today! I loved the embroidered name on the blanket! I thought it was so sweet! I couldn't help myself and had to get some pictures of Rylie wrapped up inside. There are many more but thought I'd share a few!

CHEEEEEEZE!

I am so excited because Rylie has begun the stage where she starts to smile a lot on her own and even coo. Today we had her on the couch and she was grinning like crazy! I love how her face just lights right up when she smiles!!!! She makes me so happy!

Butterfly Garden & Children's Garden at MSU

Connor & Garrett
Connor
McGinnis & Jeppesen Family
My brother and his family have been in from Utah since last Wednesday night! We've had a great time with them! We went to Palmyra, Niagara Falls, Kirtland, Holland, Muskegon, Lake Michigan, and the places around town. On this particular day we went on a tour of MSU campus. My sister-in-law (my brother's wife) served her mission in Lansing. A lot of her time was spent on campus. So, she took us around and we got to see the Children's 4-H Gardens and the Butterfly Gardens! It was AWESOME!!!!!
