Sometimes things happen that make me take a step back and realize say how grateful I am for my little ones! They are so precious to me and I know I take them for granted! It's sometimes hard to have the perspective I should. These are Heavenly Father's children. He has sent them to me to take care of. I wish that I could be the mother that I have envisioned for them. I'm trying though. All I can hope for is that they know that I love them with all of my heart and that I would do anything for them!

I think everyone has a tendancy to take things for granted, you are only human, you should worry when you stop having moments of reflection where you realize what is going on. And I am sure that your Connor and Rylie know that you love them. They are so cute.

You're taking them for granted?? Just a little confession here - the other day (after a particularly hard afternoon with the kids), I told a co-worker that sometimes I consider working just to pay for daycare because I'm a little tired of this Mom-gig. Nearly every day of my life my mom threatened to drop us off at the orphanage. Now I understand why! You're not alone - most of us are better parents than we think. *Please will you remind me of this the next time I'm having a meltdown? Thanks.
