The Big 3-0 & Valentines Day!!!!!

No, it's not my birthday and me turning 30. Although I will be 30 this year, heaven help us all! Actually, it's only 30 days now until our baby arrives!!!! Holy smokes! Let the fun begin!

On another fun note, yesterday Mike & I celebrated Valentines Day because he had 2 classes the day before. I had already given Mike a gift and he hadn't had time to get me one, or so I thought. Yesterday I woke up from a nap to get ready to go on our date. I opened up our bedroom door and a card fell down on the ground. It was from Mike and it had a Claire's gift card inside. It also had a note that said, "I have fond memories of our wedding day", which meant I was going on a scavenger hunt! I love it when Mike does scavenger hunts!!!! The first place it sent me to was a gift behind one of our wedding pictures. I opened it up and it was a memory card! I became so dang excited because this could only mean one thing. The next clue, entailing something to do with music under my butt (no, not farts), led me to my piano bench. Inisde was a box which contained a DIGITAL CAMERA!!!!!!! Wooooo Hooooo! My husband is the best and way too generous! I'm so pumped 'cause now we'll be able to take pictures of the new baby and email them to my family ASAP instead of waiting to develop the film!!!! Thanks Mike! You rock!!!!
For our date we went to T.G.I. Friday's and had a yummy meal! We also ran into the Christensen's while we were there. After that we went and saw the new movie, "definitely, maybe". It was a very cute movie. I enjoyed it and Mike even lived through it. He said it wasn't the normal, cheezy, corny girl movie he's used to seeing with me! So wives, take your hubbies! Thanks for a great Valentines Day Mike! I love you more!
