The other night Mike, Connor, and I made a little trip to the Eastwood Town Centre. First we went to McAlister's Deli for dinner! It's always so good there! Mike and I both ordered the French Dip! Yummy! Connor even ate some of it, along with a large amount of chips from Mike's dinner. That's ok. It left more mac & cheese for me! After that we all went over to Dick's Sporting Goods. Mike & Connor love to go in there to practice golfing and putting. I could tell Connor was a pro at doing this because he knew right where he was going, where to get the ball, and where to get the kid's putter. He even told me where I was supposed to stand so I wouldn't be in the way by saying, "Move, move, move!!!" and motioning me with his hand until he liked where I was standing. It was so cute to watch him mimic Mike!!!! Then we headed over to the camping gear. We were all just wandering around when I noticed Connor missing. I heard him saying, "Mom! Mom!" and found him inside the tent (photo above) just hanging out. He had put a camp chair inside, had zipped it up, and sat there for nearly 15 minutes! It was so funny! So, for his birthday, we bought him one of the kid's camp chairs. He'll be so excited! Once we were done there we headed to Baskin Robbins to try their new candy bar sundaes. Mike went and bought them while I took Connor over to Burger King to play in the playland. He had a blast! The sundaes were ok but I don't highly recommend them! I'll just stick to their regular ice cream cones! It was a fun night and Connor was so happy!!!!!!! He even stayed dry the whole night!Tuesday, February 26, 2008
