We're Back!!!!!

My Dad, Mom, brother, wife, and 2 kids came down from Wellsville, to St. George, to visit us for the weekend after Christmas. We went bowling and had a blast! Connor loved it!

We're back from our long Christmas vacation in St. George, UT. We spent 2 1/2 weeks with Mike's family this year and even got to spend a little time with some of the members of my family. We had a good time and got many chances to relax. Mike went golfing nearling every day, we were able to go to the St. George temple, we hung out with family, played games until all hours of the morning, met with friends, I got a little pampering & makeover! Connor and I got sick while there, which made the vacation even more memorable. The first week went by a little slowly but once that week was done then the rest of the time flew by! Connor loved playing w/ his Grandpa & Grandma, tormenting the poodles, going to the park, and enjoying all the fun toys he had to play with. Before we knew it, it was time to head home. We flew out of Las Vegas on Thursday night at 11:45pm. We had quite the adventure at the airport. We were going through security with our carry-on's, etc. Well, we got stopped because they said they needed to look through one of our bags. So, they searched the bag and found a bullet in one of the pockets in Mike's pants! He had gone shooting with his brother last week. One of the bullets had misfired so he stuck it in his pocket and forgot about it. So, we had to go to the security office, they had to do a background check on Mike and run some paperwork on him. They were very nice and understanding. So, needless to say...we were able to take off. We landed in Lansing at 6:30am. What a shock that was!!!! We went from 50 degree, no-snow-weather to 20 degree, lots-of-snow-weather! Brrrrr! It was a very long flight. Connor didn't sleep at all until 30 minutes before we landed. So, when we got home we were very ready to go to sleep! Mike and Connor laid down but I couldn't. I had to go to a Dr. appointment. However, when I returned from the Dr. I got some sleep too. Mike and Connor slept from 8:00am-7:00pm, except for getting up for lunch and potty breks. I got home around 12:30pm and slept until 7:30pm. Now we can try to get everything unpacked and get back to normal.
